There is nothing like being photographed with a topless hottie to make you realize how much you love your wife.
Our sources say -- and they are impeccable -- Balthazar has resorted to e-groveling with his e-stranged wife, Rosetta. He has been sending her e-mails in the last week saying, "I love you."
Balthazar announced earlier this week that he and Rosetta had separated after pictures of him with an au naturale Sienna Miller surfaced all over the 'net. We're told if the divorce goes on, Balthazar will come out looking awful. For starters, he basically lived off her until he got his recent TV gig (he's the grandson of a billionaire, but hasn't gotten his $$ yet). But the person who will come out looking even worse, we're told, is Sienna Miller.

The hubby of "A Different World's" favorite southern belle has filed his response to her divorce filing. Paging Kadeem Hardison!
Jasmine Guy's soon-to-be ex Terrence Duckett filed the documents last Friday in L.A. County Superior Court in response to his estranged wife's original filing. These simple docs are a far cry from Whitley's first try at divorce. In those papers, filed in April, Guy listed two pages of things as her "separate property," including her wedding ring, paintings, sculptures, her BlackBerry, DVD players, pots, pans, and a toaster. Where's the kitchen sink? No word on why Duckett refiled the papers.
Duckett is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their nine-year-old daughter Imani.

Maybe Kobe is finally off the hook.
Shaquille O'Neal's wife Shaunie filed for divorce last year, but it's looking like she's had a change of heart. A source close to the couple tells TMZ a reconciliation might be in the works and that as far as the divorce goes, "Nothing is happening right now."
The pair was spotted together over the Fourth of July weekend looking quite friendly.

Cynthia Rodriguez has officially filed for divorce from Alex Rodriguez.
In the documents, filed today in Miami, Cynthia says she's exhausted every effort to salvage the marriage. Alex has "emotionally abandoned" his wife, leaving her with no choice but to divorce him.
She says the marriage is "irretrievably broken" because of Alex's "extra-marital affairs and other marital misconduct." Note she said affairs -- plural.
She's seeking primary custody of the couple's two girls, Ella and Natasha, as well as child support to "maintain the existing lifestyle of the children." That includes life and health insurance and private school.
Cynthia says her man, a "prominent athlete" with "substantial earning power," has the "fiscal capacity to continue his high style of living" but she does not -- hence she's asking for alimony. She is asking to keep their $12 million, six-bedroom estate in Coral Gables, Fla. (and everything in it), as well as her sweet ride -- a Maybach.
She's also asking A-Rod to pay off their debt, as well as her attorney's fees.
The papers mention that a prenup was signed before the couple married in November 2002. Earle Lilly, one of Cynthia's lawyers, told TMZ last night it's too early to know if they will challenge the prenup. A lot is on the line, because A-Rod is reportedly set to rake in $445 mil over the course of his career.
As we first reported, Madonna's name will not be in the divorce papers, but Cynthia's attorney, Earle Lilly, says A-Rod's relationship with her was "the last straw."

Cynthia Rodriguez is trying to drop 225 lbs -- and she's working out, too!
A-Rod's soon-to-be ex took a cue from Madonna and hit up the gym on Sunday -- the same day she let the world know she's dropping Alex to the curb.
Cynthia officially filed for divorce this morning.

Looks like the Madonna romance rumors finally sent Alex Rodriguez's wife on the offensive.
Cynthia Rodriguez has hired Houston lawyer Earle Lilly to finally end her rocky marriage with A-Rod, according to WABC in New York. Earle said Cynthia will file suit tomorrow morning in Dade County Fla. Family Court, and that A-Rod's "relationship with Madonna was the final straw for Mrs. Rodriguez."
Madonna has denied having a fling with Mr. Anti-October.

Oh no he didn't!! Christie Brinkley's ex Peter Cook just said that Shrek "was more believable" than his soon-to-be ex's tearful testimony. The nerve!
During a lunch break, the cheater's, er, Cook's lawyer told PEOPLE "I think her performance was a performance," adding, "She's a good actress. It's been two years. She should be past this by now." Let's look back -- she was in "Vacation" and said, like, seven words. She's a model, you douche, not an actress!

On the second day of testimony in supermodel Christie Brinkley's super screwed-up divorce case, Brinkley says almost ex-hubby Peter Cook once called her threatening to kill himself by smashing his car into a tree.
Brinkley said she begged Cook not to do it because it would destroy their children. When asked why -- Christie responded "it was the right thing to do."
And -- if you can believe it -- the story gets better.

Christie Brinkley's estranged husband Peter Cook sure likes his Internet porn -- spending about $3000 a month on the stuff.
Cook, who broke down crying after getting grilled on the stand today by the supermodel's lawyer, admitted he masturbated in front of a web cam and frequented escort, porn and swinger sites, all while married to Brinkley.
He also admitted that he had sex with then-teenager Diana Bianchi in his office while she worked for him. He testified he gave Bianchi nearly $300k hoping to keep their tryst on the down low. He said he would leave money for her under a rock outside his office and more cash behind a painting. He also said he bought her a $2000 watch and lingerie.
Attorneys for Brinkley have laid out a sordid story of Cook's history -- get a load of this stuff!

Hulk Hogan should rekindle some of his wrestling relationships, because the divorce battle between him and Linda needs a referee.
Hogan aired his dirty yellow laundry out on Bubba the Love Sponge's radio show this afternoon, talking about a motion Linda filed today in Pinellas County, Fla. claiming she's in "constant fear of her life" because of him.
The motion claims Hulk is stalking her, sitting outside their properties and that he "relentlessly and methodically follows her." Hogan went off, because he thinks he knows what's really going on.

Dayum ... that was fast! Bill Murray and his wife Jennifer have quietly -- and officially -- divorced, sans the drama we heard about a month ago.
TMZ has obtain court documents, dated June 13, granting the two a divorce. Bill's been ordered to pay child support, Jennifer will have custody of their four kids and gets to keep their two houses.
Just last month, Jennifer filed for divorce alleging, among other things, that hubby Bill was a sex addict who beat her up. A month later, the two are officially kaput.
