You are very naive and stupid to think that cops dont pull people over just because. whether its just becuase they have certain plates or just because of their skin. "Just Because" is such a reality that our society has a special name for it and many court cases have been dropped because of this very real term...... PROFILING.

Why are people making such a big deal out of this?Just because he's a celeb and was caught with pot in the car.ok the speeding didn't help his case but still..Half of Hollywood is probably lighting up while I type this,anyways. You know, TMZ, perhaps next time you should actually look at the arrest report that you link to; the charge was possession of LESS THAN 2 ounces; any amount under 2 ounces is the same penalty in Texas. It could've been as little as a gram. Not "at least two ounces," and hardly a "fat stash." Sensationalist bastards. Learn the difference between a greater-than and less-than sign.

115. Poor Aaron. O well. Actually Todd, his car can be searched, regardless of the reason it was pulled over. If the officer smelled weed in his car, saw weed or Aaron gave him the permission after he was pulled the officer can do anything he wants to do and if Aaron denies him access to his car & the officer feels that there is probable cause to search his car, he can obtain a search warrant. [I'm engaged to a officer, thats the only reason I know haha.]

Weed is no big deal, he'll end up being fined and probably be put on probation or have to do so many hours of community service. They aren't gonna throw him back in jail or keep him there for weed.
