32. Why is everyone making a big deal over this? So what shes only 16 at least she is willing to keep it and raise it and love it is that not the important thing?? and she could probably give her child more at 16 than mst people could in a lifetime so dont judge them if you dont actually know them!!! and yeah brit isnt doin her best right nw but no one is a perfect parent and everyone makes mistakes the only difference is you dont have cameras in your face 24 hours a day to see any mistakes you make!!!

33. I think she got pregnant on purpose because her older sister was getting all of the attention and she wanted the attention on herself. But either way, the last thing we need is another knocked up out of control teenager roaming the streets.

35. Jamie is not a screw up!!!!!!! She just made a bad dicision, doesnt eveyrone? At least she is taking responsibitlity for her actions!!! Her sister might not be the best role model but they have both been through a lot. Jamie Lynn is very mature for her age. Whether you want to believe it or not. Just because she made ONE bad decision doesnt make her a bad person!! Ya'll need to chill out and leave her alone. Its comments like these on here that push people like Briney,and plenty of others, over the edge!!!

38. The hillbilly trash comment was totally uncalled for. Many teenage girls get pregnant every year no matter what area of the country they are from. Myself, being from the South resent that remark. We all have to remember she is a teenager! whether she is in the spotlight or not she is first and foremost a teenagers and teenagers think with their hormones and not their brains. I remember being a teenage girl and understand what she feels, and how you believe the lies of guys who just want to get in your pants. This blame is not all hers, it is also whomever is the father. You can't lay the blame on the parents, no matter what you say to teenagers, they are going to do just what they want. Like I said I was there myself once. No I didn't get pregnant, but I did all the things that could get you there, I just lucked out. Don't be so hard to judge this kid, if she wasn't famous she would just be another statistic that no one talked or cared about except immediate family. Lighten up on these people, their oldest daughter is pursued by physchotic photographers day and night. That would drive anyone crazy. Britney and Jamie both need help in different areas and I hope they get it. Good luck Lynne you are going to need it.

40. Ok, so I am completely against anyone saying bad things about Jamie Lynn. She was doing what normal teens do everyday, which have sex. Leave her alone. Briney's got nothing to do with it. I don't think Lynne's to blame either. Jamie Lynn is a big girl, she is taking this as best as a shocked and scared 16 year old can.

43. Jamie should have been more responsible after seeing what her sister went through but as a teenager i understand. Young people fall in love and things happen. It is a good thing that she is taking the responsibility of her actions. Just because she got pregnant doesn't mean she is out of control as it can hapen it anyone no matter how safe you are, People see her as an out of control party girl movie star, but don't know the real her which isn't fair to Jamie. She is very brave in this situtation and and her boyfriend is a great responsible guy for staying with her. Mistakes happen and should be forgiven.

This is so horrible, she has a show that my niece watches, and she is 9 years old and she is 1 of her biggest fans! this is showing a bad sign for younger and kids her age i think she shouldn't be on the show anymore. and all i can say is be a better mom than your sister! she use to be 1 of my idle's till this happen!!!!!!!!! what a druggie!

Well, um, i think everyone else has said what i was going to say..........yh jamie-lynn has had a baby and her sister has been through hell......so what? it dont affect my life......maybe thier famous and stuff like that, but im sure they dont want a camera staring them right in the face at everything that they do. im kinda for and agianst in both ways. so in this situation Jamie-lunn does what jamie-lynn does and nobody can do anything about it. thats all i gotta say.
