Judge to "Idol" Screwup: You're Not Entertaining!

A Florida judge laid down the law to "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra, telling her, "Obviously the bar scene isn't working out so well for you."

The judge denied bond, which means Sierra will stay in the pokey after being busted on two felonies, including "cocaine possession" and "battery," and two misdemeanors, including "disorderly intoxication" and "obstructing justice" with a cop.

She faces more than 11 years in prison.

And it gets worse, Sierra was just placed on probation just two weeks ago. And now the Judge in that case could throw the book at her.

51. what a shame, such a young lady....hey mom & dad, take care of your daughter..insist that she gets treatment...your brought her into this world...not the courts...open your mouths, you are all she has....hopefully, she will get straight and well...

52. I feel sorry for her in the fact that if it were Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Nicole Richie or Paris Hilton she would of had a high powered lawyer and not serve hardly any time at all. Lohan had cocaine in her pocket and tried to ram down her assistant and her mother with a vehicle --not to mention running over the foot of one her passengers on her last drug induced 'Mr Toads Wild Ride' before re hab. Sierra can not afford the money to dish out and probably only has a public defender. Good luck to you Jessica , and I hope you find some one to help you with re hab and counseling.

56. To all you posters commenting on the short or lack of justice applied to Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton......
this didn't happen in LA County! It happened in Tampa, FL.

btw; did I miss the scoop on WHY Brit is still driving without tags (license plates for all you 'non-rednecks'} ?

57. That chick is in serious need of access to 10lbs of makeup, even on her "good interviews" she looks ruff at best. Obviously is in need of help, not sure 11 yrs prison will help, she looks like she has served 10 yrs of it already. I say treat her like everyone else, first take all this free publicity off of the news, tv and here. Your only encouraging her. Not really a great role model for our youth. Ya think.?

58. For Message poster #10: Have you ever seen the made for TV movie from the 1970's with Linda Blair, I think it was called "Born Innocent." She played a troubled teen, whom had to go to a girl's prison. It was a brutal movie. You want to talk about being dildoed with a plunger? In one scene, Linda Blair was raped with the end of a broom stick! Seriously now, do people think that things like that really go on in prison? I know it's a big conception to people that inmates are constantly being raped, assaulted, attacked, abused, etc.... I say watch this movie and see what really goes on inside a woman's prison!
