Judge to "Idol" Screwup: You're Not Entertaining!

A Florida judge laid down the law to "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra, telling her, "Obviously the bar scene isn't working out so well for you."

The judge denied bond, which means Sierra will stay in the pokey after being busted on two felonies, including "cocaine possession" and "battery," and two misdemeanors, including "disorderly intoxication" and "obstructing justice" with a cop.

She faces more than 11 years in prison.

And it gets worse, Sierra was just placed on probation just two weeks ago. And now the Judge in that case could throw the book at her.

31. I was in a court scene like that supporting a girl & her traffic ticket - they mixed criminal & traffic cases - scary stuff folks - the criminal kids get a quick 30 seconds & if they say the wrong thing - off they go to jail until they get a new hearing.

32. Looking at her, self explanitory, alot of mileage. She is deserving of her no bound, dangerous to herself & others. She looks like she will enjoy jail, birds of a feather, lots of women like her. Yeh know what I mean, diving.........

35. I think some people have personalities that make them more prone to become addicts. Basically , some people can pull theirselves up by the bootstaps while others cant.

36. I like to personally thank #25, #27, #31 an a few others for their respectful comments. I'm becoming more and more saddened by the day at the unbelievable cruelty and name calling that people will resort to simply for sport, to elevate their own self-worth, or just because they have nothing better to do.

I don't condone Jessica Sierra's actions, but I don't know her and I don't know what problems in her life sent her down the wrong path. I did watch her on IDOL and she has a powerhouse voice. And while I may not condone her actions, I do not CONDEMN her as a human being. We all have our demons -- I wish her luck wrestling with hers, and I for one would love to her her sing again.

39. Being that she was just placed on probation, she should have respected her situation instead of defying "the rules."
No breaks now, it time to do some time. THEN maybe she'll respect her probation when she's let out!

40. She was really good on American Idol. She sang some good Country songs, and even Simon liked her a few times. She does have a good voice. I hope she gets to turn her life around.

41. THIS is the difference between being a star and NOT being a star.
Had it been Linsday or Paris, they would have gotten off with an hour behind bars, or...
wait..
they did.

What a joke.

43. Lock her up, throw away the key. She's an alcoholic with major substance abuse problems. Get her off the street before she hurts someone. Screw all of you that think its OK, liberal mentality is not needed here.

44. Wow. Too bad for her she's not more famous, then she could get just 84 minutes in jail instead of 11 years.
