Hack Chris Crocker Sued for Fraud

Onch Movement Jewelry is suing Britney's #1 fan, Chris Crocker, for fraud and breach of contract! Leave Chrissy alone!

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court by Onch, which alleges that Crocker failed to meet his obligations with regard to promoting their jewelry line. In exchange for a round trip airline ticket to L.A., Onch claims Crocker agreed to exclusively wear their jewelry, do two days of press for their line -- including an in-studio photo shoot -- and attend the "Just Britney" art show.

Onch claims they suffered lost profits and their "business reputation in the media has been greatly damaged." Um, hiring Chris Crocker is not exactly the best way to make a good impression! Onch believes they are owed in excess of $1 million in damages. Good luck with that!

UPDATE: In a video post on YouTube, Chris Crocker made the following statement about the lawsuit: "Everyone wants to know, how does it feel to be sued for a million dollars? I want to ask the L.A. court system, how does it feel to be used for publicity by the guy that's trying to sue me. No further comment."

93. Why are you guys encouraging this tool? He's "famous" ( I use the word loosely) for being a cry baby. He claims he doesn't do it for the attention, but he clearly does because his Myspace bulletin begging his hoard of morons to promote himself to you guys says otherwise.

96. If you think that's something, you should see his video about why he doesn't care about 911 and thinks Britney is more important. Also his myspace page blog where he thinks tmz and perez are in some type of conspiracy with onch jewelry about the lawsuit. He has quit and is going back home, yay!

Ok...so most people hate on Chris because they are against gay guys that wear girl clothing...but what these people are not seeing is the use of one of Americas core democrative values: FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!! Chris Crocker is an idol to some of us that have something to say but are too afraid to say it! And I know that people are probably going to reply on what I have commented on about Chris...but just remember this...ITS AN OPINION!!! If you dont like it, then dont read it!!! People that cant sit there and listen to another persons opinion is what is tearing America apart. We are growing a generation of ignorant people who refuse to look at the point of an opinion and see both sides of the story instead of their own!!!

100. chris crocker is really funny. he's got a lot of potential for doing improv and coming up with good characters. watch some of his videos and i bet he will make you laugh. unless you're just dumb and you don't get the humor. i love you chris & wish you real success!! :)

101. I think all of yall with the negative comments about chris crocker are nuts.
No body cares if you like him or if you dont. If he isnt worthy of news reports then why are you spending your time writing bad things about him. I think it is a little bit hypocritical...just a little bit. You are spending time talking about how he doesnt deserve the attention but you are feeding it. Seriously that is ridiculous.
oh and whoever it was that posted the comment that said cant we discuss politics for once....
what the hell are you doing on TMZ if you want to talk about something that actually matters. This is a website for celebrity gossip. I like politics too but i think it is really stupid to post a comment like that on a website like this.
Anywho, if yall cant stand chris crocker and yall think he shouldnt get attention then stop talking about him. Everyone says he's an attention whore but if everyone would stop talking about him then all of this wouldnt be an issue. Just a thought.
