77. Ruined a little girls life, I hardly think so. What I did was give a troublemaking bully/bitch a little of her own medicine and she didn't like it.

You can tell from the language that the same 1 or 2 people are typing forgiving positive messages here. Forget it. I saw through this Ty character from day one. Talk about a phony. Whoever said 45 days would do him some good said it best.

79. I love Ty Pennington!!I I beleive he is being very honest. I don't think he was told to say what he said. The guys on Extreme Makeover for goodness sake he's known for being and angel and this good guy so of course he's extremely embarresed and ashamed about what he did.

81. Drinking and driving is an insane game. There are crosses that have been placed everywhere on America's roads because youngsters and adults were killed by drunks. There is no way to apologize to parents after killing their child. We need to make it tough on drunks to keep them off the road. A permanent $5,000.00 insurance penalty might be a good start.

89. Why is everyone judging Ty... I'm not condoning drunk driving by any means but I think ALL OF US are guilty of making an error in judgment at some point in our lives. Unlike so many "celebs" this guy stood up and took accountability for his actions...BRAVO!

He yells on his show...SO WHAT...that's part of his charm! If he was giving me a new home and a fresh start in life he could yell his head off at me!

At least you admit that this is a wake-up call for you. Apparently, by the negative comments that I see posted here, they have never made a mistake???? Oh please! You have done so many, many good things for others and 1 mistake (which thank goodness did not harm yourself or anyone else) is not a good thing, but, we love you! I for one, sincerely and accept your apology. I work for the Judicial System and thank god that this is a wake-up call for you. Little do these people that do not understand know,.............YOU, like anyone else will be held accountable for what you did, and I wish you the very best.
