19. I feel HORRIBLE for Ty, love the guy, but if he had killed a couple of people in a car wreck, I doubt that we would be as forgiving. Nice guy that he is, it is just as wrong for him to drink and drive as the guy from Prison Break!

20. Ty, maybe on your next show you can build a home for someone who lost a family member because of a drunk driver, or suffered permanent injuries because of someone who drove after drinking too much.
Turn this negative into a positive, spread the word for MADD, No one is perfect, but maybe you can save one life by spreading awareness to this problem.

25. i totally agree with post 18 but Ty is just like every other celebrity jerk off, speaking out of his ass meaning a word he says because he must keep his reputation as the "caring" guy on TV or his career will be ruined... did you see him on the bayer commercials? he talks about Bayer asprin with the same compassion as he does about delapadated living conditions on his show. the guy is a good actor so don't believe that he really cares, he is just saving face

30. The section reads drive under the influence of alc or drugs. Until the tests are done they can't decide which to charge unless he takes a PAS test and it shows alc level. Suspect has a choice of which of the three tests he takes. Alot will take a blood test and the results can take up to a week to get back.
